Using Action Plans in Mojo
Action Plans are customizable follow-up sequences that help you maintain consistent communication with your contacts. These plans can include various steps such as calls, drip emails, tasks, letters and labels. You can create simple plans with just one type of action or comprehensive plans combining multiple action types.
After Creating an Action Plan
- Individual Assignment: Assign an Action Plan to contacts one at a time
- Bulk Assignment: Apply an Action Plan to:
- An entire list
- A specific group
- Selected contacts within a list or group
How Action Plans Work
- All steps are automatically scheduled for the assigned contact(s)
- Mojo reminds you when steps are due through the Calendar area
- Action completion methods:
- Follow-up calls can be made using the dialer
- Letters and labels can be mass printed
- Tasks can be marked complete as you perform them
- Drip emails are sent automatically without manual intervention
This systematic approach ensures consistent follow-up with your contacts while minimizing the manual effort required to maintain your communication schedule.
