Call Me Feature

Call Me Feature for Mojo Power Dialer

The Call Me feature is an optional Mojo Power Dialer add-on that helps users located in the US and Canada to avoid long-distance charges. This feature changes how you connect to calling sessions:

  • Without Call Me: You must call a 603 number (a local phone number in the United States) for your entire dialing session, potentially incurring long-distance charges
  • With Call Me: The server calls you instead, typically helping you avoid long-distance fees

Adding the Call Me Feature

The Call Me feature has been discontinued; however, if you currently have the Call Me Feature you can still manage the service.

Removing the Call Me Feature

To remove this feature from an agent, navigate to the Account section of your Mojo and select Agents on the left. Click on the Agent you would like to remove Call Me from, uncheck the box and save. You can also remove the Call Me Feature from the Subscriptions tab by clicking remove. 

Re-assign the Call Me Feature to an Agent

  1. Log in using an owner account
  2. Click the Account link
  3. Select Agents from the left menu
  4. Click the Agent's Name that currently has the Call Me subscription
  5. Locate the Call Me feature and deselect the subscription
  6. Select the appropriate Agent to re-assign the subscription
  7. Click the Re-Assign
