Creating and Using Custom Calling Scripts in Mojo
Custom calling scripts help you maintain consistent messaging during your calls. Once created, scripts automatically display when a live answer occurs, and you can toggle between normal and script views as needed.
Adding Calling Scripts
-
Access Settings from the bottom left of the Mojo screen
-
Click on the Calling Scripts tab
-
Choose one of the creation methods:
Creating with AI:
- Click Create with AI
- Enter what you want your script to be about (guidance text is provided)
- Click the Play button to generate your script
- Modify the tone using AI shortcuts like "More Casual" or "More Formal"
- Make any necessary adjustments
- Click Save, name your script, and save again
Creating Manually:
- Click the Create Button
- Enter a script name
- Type or paste your script text in the text box
- Use any of the anchor tags from the right-hand column to personalize the script
- Example: Using
<first name>
will automatically insert the contact's first name when they answer
- Click Save at the bottom of the form
Using Your Calling Scripts
To use your calling scripts during a call session:
- During the setup phase of your call session, navigate to Advanced Settings
- Select the script you want to use for that calling session
During Calls
- Your script will automatically appear when a live call is answered
- Use the Show/Hide Script button on the contact form to toggle the script view
- You can reposition the script if it blocks important lead information
Custom scripts help ensure your messaging stays consistent while allowing you to focus on building rapport rather than remembering what to say next.
