- Click the Settings button located by clicking Menu on the bottom left of your Mojo screen.
- Click the Action Plans tab located on the left.
- In the Action Plans area, click the create button.
Step 1:
- Name your Action Plan
- Choose your scheduling type, Frequency Based or Date Based
- Choose your scheduling Logic, Non-Strict Order or Strict Order
- Weekend Option, whether you want Actions to be scheduled on Weekends
Step 2:
- Select your Action Steps, Follow Up Calls, Drip Emails, Tasks, Printing Letters or Printing labels.
- You can combine multiple different steps or have the Action Plan be all one Action Step type.
- Choose when you want the steps to take place; frequency based would be based off of intervals of days whereas data based would be selecting a specific date for the step to take place.
- Optional: select a manager you would like specific steps to be assigned to.
Step 3:
- Select whether or not you want your Action Plan to have a trigger. A trigger is when an Action Plan is automatically assigned to contact(s) when added to a Properties Calling List, Calling List or a Group.
- You can choose from an existing Property Calling list, Calling List or Group.
- There is also an option to create a new Calling list or Group on the fly.
- Select whether you would want the contact(s) to be removed from the Action Plan if they no longer are a part of the trigger.
Step 4:
- Select your end logic, how you want contacts handled once the Action Plan has finished.
- You can repeat the Action Plan and choose when you would like it to begin again.
- The Action Plan can automatically start a new Action Plan that you have previously set up.
- Assign to a group once the Action Plan is finished.
