Creating an Action Plan

  1. Creating Action Plans in Mojo

    Access the Action Plan Area

    1. Click Settings on the bottom left of your Mojo screen
    2. Click the Action Plans tab on the left
    3. Click the Create button

    Step 1: Basic Setup

    1. Name your Action Plan
    2. Choose your scheduling type:
      • Frequency Based - intervals between actions
      • Date Based - specific calendar dates
    3. Select scheduling logic:
      • Non-Strict Order - each step is scheduled regardless of missed steps
      • Strict Order - each step must be completed in order before the next step is scheduled
    4. Set Weekend Option - decide if actions can be scheduled on weekends

    Step 2: Define Action Steps

    1. Select your action step types:
      • Follow Up Calls
      • Drip Emails
      • Tasks
      • Printing Letters
      • Printing Labels
    2. Combine multiple different step types or use just one type throughout
    3. Schedule when steps should occur:
      • Frequency based: Intervals of days
      • Date based: Specific calendar dates
    4. Optional: Assign specific steps to a manager

    Step 3: Set Up Triggers (Optional)

    1. Decide if you want automatic assignment of the Action Plan
    2. Select what will trigger the plan:
      • Property Calling List
      • Calling List
      • Group
    3. Use existing lists/groups or create new ones
    4. Choose whether contacts should be removed from the Action Plan if they're removed from the trigger
    5. If you opt for "None" you must manually assign the leads to the Action Plan

    Step 4: Configure End Logic

    1. Select how contacts should be handled when the Action Plan completes
    2. Options include:
      • Do Nothing (contacts are automatically removed from the Action Plan on the last date/when the number of days has elapsed)
      • Repeat the Action Plan (specify when to restart)
      • Automatically start a different Action Plan (select which one and when to start)
      • Assign contacts to a specific group (select the appropriate group)
