Creating Sublists/Sub-Groups

Sublists and Sub-Groups help you organize contacts based on specific filters. Here's how to create and use them:

  • Select your starting list: In Data & Dialer, choose the Calling List/Group you want to filter
  • Apply filters:
    • Click the 3-line FILTER icon next to any column header you want to filter by
    • Enter your filter values for each relevant column (Listing Status, Status Change Date, City, etc.)
  • Save your filtered list:
    • Click the green Save Sublist/Subgroup button in the top-right
    • Give your new Sublist/Subgroup a descriptive name

Starting Your Dial Session

Once your Sublist is created:

  • Access the Call Wizard:
    • Click on your newly created Sublist in the left panel
    • Click the green Power Dialer button
  • Review your call settings:
    • Verify your Caller ID display
    • Check prerecorded messages
    • Confirm number of rings
    • Select appropriate Easy Calling Mode (continue from last position or reset list)
  • Check Optional Dialing Filters:
    • Click the Optional Dialing Filters button
    • Verify settings for Not Contacted, Not Dialed, Status Change Date, and list price
    • Note: Incorrect filters may reduce the number of records sent to the dialer
