Importing Data Files into Mojo
File Requirements
Import Tips for Success
-
Organize your data files:
- Segment by List, Group, Source, and assigned Mojo user (manager)
- Review if additional miscellaneous fields are needed
-
Simplify the mapping process:
- Use header rows with exact Mojo field names
- The header row should be on Row 1 of your file
- The data should be on Sheet 1 of your file
-
How to fix a corrupt file:
Copy the data from your file
Open a New file
Paste the data into the new file
Save and Name the file such that you can easily find it when importing
Timing considerations:
- Import during non-working hours, especially for large files
- Allow extra time for processing (don't import right before user training)
- Avoid importing when users are active (for multiple user accounts)
