  • Access groups in the "Data & Dialer" screen under the "Groups" area
  • Create custom groups using the action button at the end of the "Groups" header
  • Modify existing groups using their individual action buttons

Sorting Contacts During Calls

  1. While on a call, select the appropriate group tag from the center of the contact record
  2. Complete this step before assigning the "Contact" call result
  3. Once grouped, the lead is automatically removed from its original list
