Managing your billing subscriptions

Managing Your Subscriptions in Mojo

Overview

The Subscriptions page in Mojo provides a central location to view and manage all your active services, including Dialer, Data, and Mojo Caller ID subscriptions.

How to Access Your Subscriptions

  1. Click the Account icon in the bottom left corner of Mojo
  2. Select Subscriptions from the left navigation panel

On this page, you'll see your Dialer Subscription at the top and any Mojo Data or Caller ID subscriptions at the bottom.

Managing Your Dialer Subscription

Your Dialer Subscription section displays key information:

  • Your next bill date
  • Total amount due

To modify your subscription:

  • Add services: Click the plus (+) icon next to your subscription
  • Remove services: Click the minus (-) icon next to your subscription

Important Billing Notes for Dialer

  • Adding services: Costs are prorated based on your current billing cycle
  • Removing services: Changes take effect immediately with no prorated refund
  • Best practice: Wait until the day before your next bill date to remove services to maximize paid time

Managing Mojo Data & Caller ID Subscriptions

At the bottom of the page, you'll find your active Data and Caller ID subscriptions showing:

  • Renewal date
  • Billing amount
  • Subscription status

Unsubscribing from Data & Caller ID Services

  • Click the Unsubscribe button to cancel these services
  • For Recurring Payment Plans for Mojo Data, click Manage Discount

Important Billing Notes for Data & Caller ID

  • Data and Caller ID services have separate billing cycles from your Dialer Subscription
  • Service periods begin on signup day with their own unique renewal dates
  • No refunds for early cancellations - services remain active until the end of your prepaid period
  • To purchase new data services, visit the Leadstore
  • To purchase Mojo Caller ID services, go to Settings > Caller ID/Mojo Caller ID
