What is Mojo Expired Data?
Access premium off-market leads, including Expired, Cancelled, and Withdrawn properties, delivered to your Mojo Dialer. Stay ahead with daily updates on listing status changes, empowering you to maximize productivity and close more deals. F
How Does it work?
- Select up to a 50 mile radius (the way a crow flies) within your MLS area.
- Select specific cities/zip codes you want.
- Upon your initial purchase, if available you will receive up to the last 12 months worth of current Expired and Off Market data.
- You will receive new Expired and Off Market data posted directly to your Mojo account automatically each morning. You will find this data in the Properties list in the Data and Dialer section and disbursed to specific lists based on the listing status.
- Along with the new data posting each day, you will also be getting updates to your existing Mojo Expired and Off Market data, so if a status changes from Expired to Active, that will cause the lead to move to an Active list.
- Mojo Expired Data service is $50 per month per MLS.
How to Add Mojo Expired Data
- Navigate to Leadstore by clicking Leadstore on the left of the screen.
- Select Subscribe next to Expired Data
- Choose your State
- Choose your MLS (If you do not see your MLS, click the button next to the Blue Buy Now button.)
- Choose a Zip Code to be the center point of your radius
- Select up to a 50 mile radius, we will show you on a map, and display a list of cities/Zip Codes in that area.
- Select specific cities/zip codes you would like to include.
- Click the Buy Now button and proceed with your purchase. Should there be back data available for your area within the last 12 months, this will be automatically posted within 15 minutes.
