Mastering the Activity Stream in Mojo Dialing System

The Activity Stream gives you a comprehensive view of everything happening in your Mojo account. Think of it as your command center where you can track all completed tasks, upcoming activities, and team performance all in one place.

What You Can Track in the Activity Stream

• Complete visibility into your team's work

  • View notes added to contact records
  • Monitor scheduled and completed activities
  • Track assigned tasks and their completion status
  • See progress on action plans and checklist items
  • Review sent communications and completed calls
  • Keep tabs on record changes (edits and deletions)

• Flexible time filtering

  • Quickly view the last seven days of activity
  • Set custom date ranges for specific reporting periods
  • Focus on today's activities for daily planning.

  • Print activity logs for meetings or record-keeping
  • Create physical documentation of completed work
  • Generate offline summaries for review

Using the Activity Stream Effectively

1. Access your activity center

   • Log in to your Mojo account
   • Look for the Activity Stream section on your Home Screen

2. Focus on what matters

   • Use the date filters to narrow down your view
   • Choose "Past 7 Days" for recent activity
   • Select custom dates for specific reporting periods

3. Review your team's progress

   • Scan through the chronological list of all activities
   • Identify completed tasks and outstanding items
   • Monitor which team members are most active

4. Take action on what you see

   • Print summaries for team meetings or documentation
   • Email specific activities to relevant team members
   • Identify patterns to improve team efficiency

By regularly checking your Activity Stream, you'll maintain better oversight of your team's performance and ensure no important follow-ups or activities fall through the cracks.

1. Displays Activities such as Appointments, follow-up calls, Tasks and Action Plan Activities scheduled for that day. You can access the full Calendar by clicking Calendar on the Top Navigation Bar
   

1.  Toggle between a simple version of the Prospecting Dashboard and your Home page by clicking Prospecting Dashboard on the top left of your Home Page.
   
2. The Prospecting Dashboard will automatically track KPI metrics such as contacts, calls, Leads, dialing time, appointments, and more.
   
3. To view the full Prospecting Dashboard, either click the View Advanced Dashboard button on this screen or click the Prospecting Dashboard Icon on the Top right of your Mojo screen.
