Video Transcript:
Hello everyone, in this video, I'm going to talk about the Data and Dialer screen. The Data and Dialer screen is where you're going to spend most of your time when using Mojo. Aside from making calls, this is where you'll see all of your lists, organize your data, perform mass actions, and stay in touch with the data you have in your Mojo account.
We break everything down into different categories:
When you select a list, it will turn green. This indicates that you’ve selected that list, group, or property list.
The Data and Dialer screen is also where you'll be able to perform mass actions. Mass actions include selecting your records either individually, by selecting all, or by selecting a page. You can then choose the "move to" option to move the selected contacts to a group, a list, or your internal Mojo Do Not Call (DNC) list. You can also assign contacts by assigning a manager or action plan, or choose to export your data.
We also have a Find Duplicates option. This feature allows you to easily find any duplicates in your Mojo account. You can either link them or choose to delete them.
Additionally, you have the option to create a contact manually. You can also print labels, letters, or just print out the contacts themselves. If you need to change which fields to display on the screen, you can do so by choosing "Manage Columns."
If you have an integration with a service like Constant Contact, there may be an integration button here that allows you to send data to that vendor from this screen.
When managing your lists, you do have some other options. You can create a list rule, share or unshare a list (if you have lower access agents), edit the list name, or delete the list.
We also have Calling Profiles. Calling profiles are used if you have lower access agents under your account who need a specific set of calling filters and settings. These agents would only be able to dial off of that calling profile. Some people also use calling profiles just to save their call settings, but it's mostly used for lower access agents.
Finally, at the bottom of the screen, there’s the Import File button. The Data and Dialer screen is where you'll go to import your file if needed.
This has been a video about the Data and Dialer screen. Remember, we offer live training sessions twice a day at 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time. If you need additional support, you can always call our support line.
Thanks so much, and I hope you have a great day!
