Configuring Mojo Power Dialer for Optimal Calling Sessions

Mojo's Power Dialer offers flexible configuration options for each calling session. You can call all leads sequentially, resume from where you left off, or use custom filters to target specific segments of your contact list.

Basic Call Settings

  • Caller ID: Select which phone number appears to contacts
    • Includes Mojo Caller ID numbers if you've subscribed
  • Voice Mail Message: Choose the pre-recorded message to leave when reaching voicemail
  • Call Back Message: Select message played during multi-line dialing when multiple lines connect
  • Number of Lines: Choose how many simultaneous lines to use
  • Ring Count: Set how many rings before disconnecting
    • 6-7 rings typically connects to more answering machines/voicemails

Easy Calling Mode Options

  • Call from where the last session left off, starting with new leads first
    • Resumes from your previous stopping point
    • Prioritizes any new leads added since last session
    • Prevents redundant calls to recently contacted leads
    • Popular for expired and off-market data
  • Call from top to bottom regardless of where the last session left off
    • Starts from the beginning of your list
    • Calls in order from newest to oldest records
    • Disregards previous stopping points

Optional Dialing Filters

Click the Optional Dialing Filters button to refine your call targeting:

  • Call Hammer: Calls all available numbers for a contact until you get a result or exhaust all numbers
  • Stop Call Attempts: Set maximum attempt limits (e.g., only call records with 0-10 attempts)
  • Not Dialed: Call only records not dialed within your specified timeframe
  • Not Contacted: Target records without successful contact in your specified timeframe
    • Great for regular SOI and Past Client outreach
  • Create Date: Target records created within a specific date range
  • Status Change: Call records with status changes within a specific date range
  • List Price: Set minimum and maximum property list price parameters

Auto Send Emails

Set up automatic email sending based on call results:

  • Configure which email template sends based on specific call results
  • Example: When marking a call as "Contact," the system automatically sends your "Nice talking with you" email template
  • Requires contact to have an email address in their record
  • May require additional setup of SMTP or Gmail API for the agent to send emails, depending on their email service provider

These configurations help maximize your calling efficiency and ensure complete list coverage.
