Removing Contacts and Phone Numbers from DNC

Use the following procedure if you have added a contact to your Do Not Call (DNC) list by mistake:

  1. Click the Settings button located by clicking Menu on the bottom left of your Mojo. 
  2. Click the Data Management/DNC link on the left side of the screen, and then click on the DNC Scrubbing link on the left.
  3. Enter a phone number in the Search field to locate your record(s).
  4. Select a record (or records) and click the 3 dot menu on the top right of the display and select to Restore From DNC option.
  5. Select the OK button in the dialog box to confirm removal.
