- Ensure addresses have separate fields for:
- Street
- City
- State
- Zip Code
- Avoid importing all address elements into a single field
Data Types to Avoid
- P.O. Boxes: Not included in our dataset; always use street addresses
- Commercial properties: Low success rate
- Bank-owned properties: Low success rate
- Properties owned by:
- Trusts
- Investors
- Limited liability companies (LLCs)
- Estates
Special Handling for Absentee Owners
- Map addresses correctly:
- Property address → Property Address field in Mojo
- Mailing address → Mailing Address field in Mojo
- When running Skip Tracer, select the option to look up the mailing address
- This ensures you're contacting the actual homeowner, not tenants
