Creating and Managing Calling Profiles
Calling Profiles simplify your workflow when coordinating with multiple Power Dialer users. This guide covers how to create, use, edit, delete, and share calling profiles.
Adding a Calling Profile
Calling Profiles are optional but helpful for coordinating with multiple Power Dialer users:
- Click the Data & Dialer button
- Select a List or Group and click the Power Dialer button
- When the dialog box opens, set your Call Settings (on the right side of the screen)
- Click the Save Profile As button
- Enter a Profile Name and click Save *this profile will be specific to the list or group selected and the settings chosen, name your profile accordingly
Your calling profile will now be available for future Power Dialing sessions. To use a saved profile, hover your mouse over the profile name on the Data & Dialer screen and click the green Phone icon.
Using a Calling Profile
To use a previously created calling profile:
- Navigate to the Data & Dialer screen
- Click Calling Profile on the left
- Click the green Phone icon to activate the profile for your session
Editing a Calling Profile
To edit a profile:
- Create a new profile with your desired settings
- Delete the original profile
- Save the new profile with the same or different name
Deleting a Calling Profile
When a calling profile is no longer needed:
- Click the Data & Dialer button
- Click the three vertical dots to the right of the Profile name
- Click the Delete button
Sharing a Calling Profile
Share calling profiles with other agents in a multi-agent account:
- Navigate to the Data & Dialer page
- Click Calling Profiles on the left
- Find the desired profile and click the three vertical dots to the right of the profile name
- Select Share
- Choose which agents you want to share the Profile with
- Click to confirm
Shared profiles allow your team to maintain consistent calling settings across multiple agents.
