Voicemail, caller ID and Reputation Guard management

How to Configure Caller ID, Voicemail, and Reputation Guard in Mojo

Properly configured caller ID and voicemail settings help maximize contact rates and maintain professional communications. Here's how to set them up:

Configuring Caller ID

  • Click Settings on the Top Navigation bar.
  • Select Add Caller ID
  • Enter:
    • The phone number to display as your caller ID
    • A label to identify this number within Mojo (not visible to contacts)
    • Optional extension if applicable
  • Choose whether to enable Reputation Guard for your caller ID (recommended)
  • If not using Reputation Guard, click Verify and follow the phone verification instructions

Reputation Guard for Your Caller ID

For New Numbers:

  • Click Settings on the Top Navigation bar
  • Select Add Caller ID and complete the required fields
  • Check the box for Reputation Guard
  • Enter your Caller ID/Registration Name (following the guidelines provided)
  • Read and agree to the terms, then click Verify

For Existing Numbers:

  • Navigate to Settings
  • Find the number you want to add Reputation Guard to and click Submit
  • Check the Reputation Guard box
  • Enter your Caller ID/Registration Name
  • Agree to terms and click Save

Setting Up Drop Voicemail

  • Access Settings from the Top Navigation bar
  • Click Optional Messages on the left menu, then select Voicemail  Drop 
  • Click Add Drop Voicemail
  • Choose your recording method:
    • Mobile Phone: Scan the provided QR code to record
    • Web: Grant microphone access to record via your computer
  • Name your recording, create your message, and save

These configurations will help optimize your outreach effectiveness and call connection rates.
