Let's explore the key components of your Mojo account and how to navigate them

Homepage Overview
When you first log
into Mojo, you'll see the homepage with several important sections:
Top Navigation Bar: Features links to:
Neighborhood Search
Expired Leads
For Sale By Owner
Dialing Stats
Note:
If you have subscriptions to these services, clicking will take you directly to
them. If not, you'll be directed to a subscription page.
Today's Activities: Displays your scheduled activities
for the day, including:
Activity Stream: Shows your activities from
the past seven days, such as:
Training Webinars: Access live training
sessions held twice daily (11:00 AM and 3:00 PM Eastern, Monday through
Friday) with a live instructor and Q&A sessions.
News Section: Keeps you updated on new
features and important Mojo announcements.
System Status
: Indicates whether all
systems are functioning normally or if there are any service
interruptions.
Internet Latency:
This tracks your
Internet Latency to check the stability of your Internet and Web Browser.
When clicking on this link you can view your Connect History.
Basic Navigation
The left sidebar
provides access to Mojo's core features:

Account Section
The Account section
(accessed via Account towards the top right of your Mojo.
Profile: Available to all users to:
Billing (account owners only):
Manage credit card information and review billing history.
Agents (account owners only):
Manage multiple agents:
Edit login information
Reset passwords
Assign/reassign user-specific subscriptions
Edit User Type (access level)
Subscriptions (account owners only):
Manage your Mojo subscriptions:
Add or remove lead manager agents
Add or remove dialing subscriptions

Adjust payment schedules (monthly, quarterly,
biannually, or annually)
Refer a Friend: Earn account credits when

Settings Area
The Settings area
(accessed via Top Bar Navigation)
Caller ID: Required for making calls
through Mojo:
Add any phone number you own (cell phone, office
phone)
The number must be able to receive incoming calls for
verification
To add a caller ID, click the "Add Caller
ID" button
Mojo Voice Numbers: Purchase a dedicated
business number through Mojo:
Whitelisting: A complimentary service
that:
Provides additional protection for your number
Notifies carriers that your number is legitimate
Automatically initiates appeals if your number is
reported as spam
Call Back Messages (Multi-Line Dialer
only): Automated message that plays when more than one person answers
simultaneously. Record via:
Drop Voicemail: Optional messages you can
leave on answering machines:
Calling Scripts: Create and store scripts to
reference during calls:
Integrations: This is
where you will find and/configure all of the current integrations we offer
with third party programs and companies.

provides access to Mojo's data services:

Importing Files
If you have your own
spreadsheets to import:
Navigate to Data and Dialer screen.
Click the Blue Import File button on
the bottom left.
Follow the five-step import process:

1: Choose your file (XLS, XLSX, or CSV).
Step
2: Select your import destination:
Calling List: For non-qualified leads you
need to call
Groups: For already qualified leads
Source (optional): Additional
identifier for data origin
Manager (optional): Only needed
for group imports with lower-access agents
Step
3: Map your fields:
Match spreadsheet headers to Mojo fields
Smart mapping automatically recognizes common fields
Use dropdowns to manually match fields if needed
Remove incorrect mappings with the red X
Create custom miscellaneous fields for additional
data
Save your mapping as a template for future imports
Step
4: Check for duplicates (optional):
Check against entire database, within file, or both
Search by phone number, email, property address, or
mailing address
Choose how to handle duplicates:
Keep Old (default): Retains
existing records
Keep New: Replaces existing records
with new data
Import New and Old: Allows duplicates as
separate records

5: Review and complete:
Verify all settings are correct
View duplicate records if found
Return to previous steps if changes are needed
Click Finish Import to complete the
process
Adding Individual
Contacts
To
add contacts manually:
From the Data and Dialer screen,
click Create Contact in the top right.
Enter the person's information.
Select which list to add them to.
Click Create Contact.
Continue adding additional information if needed

Navigation
The Data and Dialer
section is where you manage all your contacts:
All Contacts: Shows everyone in your
entire database.
Properties: Displays automatically
posted data with listing status:
Calling Lists: Contains imported files of
non-qualified leads.
Groups: Contains qualified leads
(hot leads, warm leads, etc.).
Calling Profiles: Saved dial session settings,
primarily for lower-access agents.
Additional features:
Create Contact: Manually add new contacts
Print: Generate mailing labels,
letters, and hot sheets
Manage Columns: Customize which data columns
appear
Mass Actions: Perform actions on multiple
selected contacts:
Move to group or list
Add to DNC list
Assign manager
Assign action plan
Export data
Delete records
Search Contacts: Find contacts by name,
address, keyword, or custom fields
Starting a Power
Dial Session
To begin making
calls:
Select your list in the Data and Dialer section.
Click Power Dialer to access the Call
Wizard.
Configure your dialing settings:
Caller ID: Select which number to
display
Voicemail (optional): Choose a
message to leave
Call Back Message
(required for
multi-line dialing)
Rings: Set how many rings before
moving to next call (4-7)
Lines
: For Triple Line Dialer,
choose 1-3 lines
Call Hammer
: Enable to try multiple
numbers for the same contact
Voicemail Call Hammer: Disable
to stop trying numbers and move to the next contact after clicking
"Voicemail" result
Advanced Settings:
Select lead sheet/calling script
Choose script display options
Set whether to skip scheduled calls
Configure linked contact handling
Calling Mode:
Default: Call from where you last left off,
prioritizing new leads
Alternative: Call from top to bottom
Auto-Send Email: Configure automatic emails
based on call results
Optional Dialing Filters:
Filter by attempt count
Skip recently dialed numbers
Skip recently contacted numbers
Skip numbers that received voicemails
Filter by create date or status change date
Set date order (newest or oldest first)
Filter by list price
Click Start Power Dialer to preview
your list before calling.
Review the preview and click Start Power
Dialer again.
Call the displayed phone number and enter the PIN to
connect your phone.
Keep your phone connected throughout your dialing
session.
Click Start to begin dialing.
Managing Calls
During a Dial Session
During your dial
session, you'll see call result buttons to categorize each call:
Contact: You reached the person you
were looking for and qualified them.
No Contact Next Number: You didn't
reach the target person, try their next number.
No Contact Next Record: Skip to a
completely new contact.
Bad Number: The number is incorrect.
Voicemail: Leave a recorded message if
set.
DNC Contact/Number: Add to Do Not Call list.
Remember to click one
of these buttons at the end of each call to move to the next contact.
