What happens when multi-line dialing and more than one line connects?

Multi-Line Dialing with Mojo Dialer

How Multi-Line Dialing Works

  • Mojo Dialer makes calls in rounds of 2 or 3 lines (based on your Call Wizard selection)
  • All lines dial simultaneously, as shown in the dialing interface
  • As calls conclude, the system immediately replaces them with new calls
  • This process continues until a live answer is detected

When Someone Answers

  • You'll immediately hear the person say "Hello" (if they speak) and can begin your conversation
  • Other active lines continue dialing until they reach a conclusion
  • Once all other calls finish, new dialing pauses until your live conversation ends

Handling a Second Live Answer

The system responds to a second live person answering in one of two ways:

Option 1: Call Back Message Enabled

If you've recorded and selected a Call Back Message in the Call Wizard:

  • Your pre-recorded message plays for the second caller
  • Call ends automatically after message completes
  • System automatically redials this number after your current call ends (using single-line dialing)

Option 2: No Call Back Message Enabled

If no Call Back Message is configured:

  • Second live call disconnects immediately
  • System automatically redials this number after your current call ends (using single-line dialing)

After Call-Back Attempts

  • Once all call-back attempts complete, the system resumes multi-line dialing

Answering Machine Handling

  • If a second line detects an answering machine, no voicemail is left
  • The call terminates immediately
