Call Recording Report: Listen Back and Learn with Mojo Dialer
The Call Recording Report in Mojo lets you access and manage recordings of your calls—provided you’re subscribed to the optional Call Recording feature. This report captures calls with these results: Contact, DNC Contact, and DNC Number.
Here’s what you’ll find in the report:
- Agent Name
- Contact Full Name
- Call Duration
- Call Result
- Date
How to View Your Call Recordings
- Click the Reports button on your Mojo dashboard.
- Select Call Recording.
- Choose Agent(s) and a time frame. The report will automatically display.
- Click the Play button next to any recording to listen. You can pause, rewind, or fast-forward using your mouse.
Tip: You can also find call recordings under the History section of individual contact records at the bottom of the screen.
Downloading Call Recordings
Mojo keeps your call recordings for 90 days. If you want to save them longer, you’ll need to download them as MP3 files.
Here’s how to download:
- Click the Reports button.
- Go to the Call Recording report to see the list of recordings.
- Click on the recording you want to download—or check the box to select all.
- Click the Download button to save the recordings to your computer.
Once downloaded:
- The files can be played on any media player that supports MP3 format. 🎧
