Adding Agents to Your Mojo Account
The number of agents you can add to your Mojo account is determined by the number of Mojo CRM login monthly subscriptions you've purchased.
How to Add New Agents
- Log in with a Mojo owner's account
- Select Account towards the top right of the Mojo program
- Click the Subscriptions tab on the left side of the page
- Click the Add button next to "Mojo CRM (Users)"
Enter the agent's information:
- Each agent must have a unique email address
- Assign the appropriate Type, Call Recording, and Call Me features as needed
- Click Create to confirm the purchase
Note: You can reassign the Type, Call Recording, and Call Me features between your different agents as needed without additional purchases.
