User Roles and Definitions

Mojo Team Setup and User Access Levels

You can customize your Mojo team structure to fit your business needs. The subscription rate is based on the number of users and features, not the types of users you have.

User Access Levels

Owner Agent

For single agent accounts, this will be the default access level

Permissions:

  • Access to all subscribed features and functionality
  • Team functionality includes:
    • Multi-Agent Calendar
    • Multi-Agent Activities Summary
    • List Sharing
    • Manage Leadstore Purchases
    • Manage Dialing Lists/Groups
    • Edit and Configure Leadstore Data Settings

Data Access: All Data

Super User Agents

Permissions: Same as Owner, except:

  • Cannot access the Account Area functions for:
    • Adding, Updating and Deleting Mojo Agents
    • Adding Mojo Voice numbers
    • Canceling Your Account
    • Changing Account Subscription Features
    • Updating Account Credit Card
    • Viewing Payment History
    • Refer-A-Friend
  • Cannot Export Data unless Owner Allows Exporting
  • Cannot Purchase or Route Mojo Caller ID Numbers
  • Cannot Delete Caller IDs

Data Access: All Data

User Agents

Permissions: Same as Super User, except:

  • Cannot Delete records
  • Cannot Delete calling profiles
  • Cannot Mass-Assign records to a List
  • Cannot Share Lists
  • Cannot Access other agent's Calendar

Data Access: Some Data:

  • Lists that were imported using the agent login
  • Lists, imported by another agent that has been shared with the User
  • Groups, only the leads assigned to the agent as Manager

Lite User Agents

Permissions: Same as User, except:

  • Cannot Import data or create lists and groups
  • No Access to Reports
  • No Access to Call Recordings
  • Must have an assigned calling profile to access the Power Dialer

Data Access: Some Data:

  • Lists shared with the Lite User
  • Groups, leads assigned to the agent as Manager

This table breaks out the three different user access levels in Mojo:

  • Lists, unless it is shared with the Sales Rep

Lite User

 

 

 

 

 

 

Sales Rep’s permissions, except the following: 

 

  • Deleting records
  • Deleting calling profiles
  • Assigning records to a List
  • Sharing Lists
  • Edit/Add/Delete Misc. Fields
  • Access to Reports
  • Access to Call Recordings
  • Required to have a calling profile assigned to be able to dial.

 

All Data, except

 

Lists, unless it is shared with the Sales Rep

Groups, unless it is assigned to their Manager
