Creating an Action Plan with AI

Access the Action Plan Area

  1. Click on Settings on the Top Navigation Bar
  2. Click the Action Plan Tab on the left
  3. Click Create with AI

Step 1: Basic Set up

  1. Name your Action Plan
  2. Select your targeted Lead, preset options include: Expired, Cancelled, Withdrawn, FSBO, Preforeclosure, Circle Prospecting, Sphere of Influence, Solar, and Other.
  3. Select what tone you would like your AI generated Emails and letters to be in: Expert, Professional, Casual, or Funny.
  4. Select what type of steps you would like to include: Phone Call, Email, Letter. Email and Letter steps prompt you for additional input such as number of paragraphs, mention of previous conversations and mention of an attachment. 
  5. Enter how many of each action type you want in your Action Plan
  6. Choose your scheduling type: Frequency Based or Date Based
  7. Choose whether you want your Action Plan steps to be scheduled on weekends
  8. Enter any custom input you would like on your Action Plan, such as specific geographic areas to concentrate on. 

Step 2: Action Steps

  1. Review Email and Letter content. Click in the Body to edit manually or click the Re-generate button for AI update it.
  2. Click and drag the steps using the icons on the left to change the order of the Action Plan Steps
  3. Edit the day you want the steps to occur using the plus and minus signs next to the Begin on Day field.
  4. Click the Red X to delete a step if you do not want to include it.

Step 3: Set up Triggers (Optional)

  1. Decide if you want automatic assignment of the Action Plan
  2. Select what will trigger the plan:
    • Property Calling List
    • Calling List
    • Group
  3. Use existing lists/groups or create new ones
  4. Choose whether contacts should be removed from the Action Plan if they're removed from the trigger
  5. If you opt for "None" you must manually assign the leads to the Action Plan

Step 4: Configure End Logic

  1. Select how contacts should be handled when the Action Plan completes
  2. Options include:
    • Do Nothing (contacts are automatically removed from the Action Plan on the last date/when the number of days has elapsed)
    • Repeat the Action Plan (specify when to restart)
    • Automatically start a different Action Plan (select which one and when to start)
    • Assign contacts to a specific group (select the appropriate group)
