Creating templates for Auto Send Email

Setting Up and Using Auto-Send Email Templates in Mojo

Creating Email Templates

  • Access email settings by clicking on Settings on the Top Navigation Bar
  • Select Email from the settings menu
  • Click Templates and then Create Email Template Button to begin designing your templates
  • Create all the different email templates you'll need for various call outcomes

Configuring Auto-Send Email Function

  • Navigate to Data & Dialer
  • Select the specific List/Group you want to dial
  • Click the green Power Dialer button 
  • Locate the Auto Send Email button in the right section of the screen
  • Select the appropriate Email Template for each call result type:
    • Contact
    • No Contact
    • Bad Number
    • Other relevant call outcomes

Automatic Email Delivery

Once configured, the system will automatically send the designated email to any lead with an email address based on the call result you select during your dialing session.

This automated follow-up ensures consistent communication with your prospects without requiring manual action after each call.
