Email Types in Mojo

Manual Email

• Click on a lead's email address or envelope icon when viewing their contact record
• Write a new email on the fly or select from previously created templates
• Provides flexibility for personalized communication

Auto Send Email

• Automatically sends template emails based on specific call results
• Setup:
  • Click Power Dialer
  • Select the Auto Send email button
  • Choose email templates to assign to specific call results
• Emails are sent automatically when:
  • The lead has an email address
  • You select a designated call result

Action Plan Drip Email

• Sends scheduled template emails as part of an Action Plan
• Create multiple email steps based on:
  • Specific dates
  • Frequency intervals
• Assignment options:
  • Assign to individual contacts
  • Bulk assign to multiple contacts
  • Set up triggers for automatic assignment

Birthday Email

• Automatically sends template emails on a lead's birthday
• Requirements:
  • Import birthday data when adding leads to Mojo
    
  • create a template for birthday emails
  • Select a template for birthday emails
• Setup:
  • Navigate to Settings > Email > General
  • Choose your preferred birthday email template

Appointment Confirmation Email

• Automatically sends confirmation emails for upcoming appointments
• Features:
  • Basic template available by default
  • Option to create custom confirmation templates
• Setup:
  • Navigate to Settings > Email > General
  • Select your preferred template from the Appointment Confirmations dropdown
  • Check "Send Confirmation Email" when creating appointments
