How to Manage Duplicates in MojoSells

Finding Duplicates

• Access the duplicate finder by logging into Mojo and navigating to the Data and Dialer section
• Select "Find Duplicates" from the options at the bottom of the page
• Set your search parameters:
  • Choose matching criteria (phone number, email, Property Address, Mailing Address or full name)
  • Select search scope (specific list, group, or entire database)
• Click the search button to begin the scanning process
• Review the results when Mojo displays all identified duplicates

Managing Duplicate Records

Once duplicates are identified, you have two main options:

• Link Records:

  • Click the chain icon next to the records you want to connect
  • This preserves both records while creating an association between them
    
  • Mojo Neighborhood Search Data and Data Skip Traced with Mojo Skip Tracer will automatically link. 

• Delete Duplicates:

  • Click the red X icon next to any record you want to remove
  • This permanently deletes the selected record from your Mojo database
    
  • Can copy/paste pertinent data from one to the other if needed before deleting

Managing duplicates regularly helps maintain data integrity and improves the efficiency of your contact management system. Mojo does not have a merging function.
