Neighborhood Search: Creating Targeted Calling Lists

Neighborhood Search is our powerful geographical search tool that gives you access to Mojo's entire U.S. residential database. Create perfectly targeted calling lists for Just Listed/Just Sold prospecting using either freeform or radius search options.

How to Use Neighborhood Search

1. Purchase access

   • Click the Lead Store button
   • Click the Buy Now button to set up your subscription

2. Launch the tool

   • Click the Neighborhood Search button in the Data and Dialer section
   • Allow location access when prompted for the best experience

3. Select your search type

   • Choose from the left panel: Freeform Plotting, Radius, or Street Search
   • Enter your target address in the center search bar
   • Click the appropriate address suggestion to navigate to that location

4. Configure your view

   • Check "Don't want to see your past mappings?" to hide previously imported areas (shaded)
   • Apply filters before or after defining your search area to refine results

5. Define your search area

   • For Freeform Plotting: Click points on the map to create a custom shape; drag points to adjust
   • For Radius Plotting: Click on your selected location to create a circle; drag points to resize
   • For Street Search: Enter the address and zip code when prompted to see results for that specific street

6. Review property information

   • View pins (house icons) showing available property information
   • Click on pins to see specific property details in the lower panel

7. Import your list

   • Review your filters and total contact count
     
   • Choose whether or not to Allow the DNC Numbers to be Imported
   • Click the Import button (data is automatically scrubbed against the National Do Not Call List unless you choose to include them)
   • Name your new list or add to an existing one
   • Choose how to handle duplicate contacts
   • Click Finish Import

8. Access your imported data

   • Choose "My Data" to view your new list or "Back to Map" for another search
   • Each imported contact includes a property tab with valuable tax information

Important Limitations

• Maximum 10,000 properties per search
• Per export limit of 4,000 Names and Addresses
  
• Phone Numbers, Email addresses and Property Details will not be exported
