How to subscribe to Mojo data services

Subscribing to and Managing Data Services in MojoSells

Subscribing to Data Services

  • Access data services by logging into Mojo and clicking Leadstore on the Top Navigation Bar
  • Choose from available data service types:
    • Neighborhood search
    • Expireds
    • For Sale by Owner (FSBO)
    • Pre-Foreclosures
    • For Rent by Owner (FRBO)
    • Skip Tracing
  • Click "Subscribe" and complete the setup process and payment information
  • Your subscription activates immediately and will automatically renew based on your selected term (1, 3, 6, or 12 months)
How Much Data will you get?
  1. Neighborhood Search allows you to search the entire United States. You are limited to 10,000 properties per search, but you can do as many searches as you like.
  2. Expired data is offered in up to a 50-mile radius "the way a crow flies" within your MLS area. Upon your initial purchase and settings, we will post up to the last 12 months of data if available and any data available based on your settings on a daily basis, typically prior to 7:00 am on your time zone.
  3. For Sale by Owner (FSBO) You can subscribe per county. Upon your initial purchase and settings, we will post up to the last 90 days of data if available, and any data available based on your settings will be posted on a daily basis. 
  4. Pre-Foreclosures are subscribed by the county. Upon your initial purchase and settings, we will post up to the last 12 months of data if available, and any data available based on your settings will be posted on a weekly basis. 
  5. For Rent by Owner (FRBO) data is subscribed by county. Upon initial purchase and settings, we will post up to the last 30 days of data if available,  and any data available based on your settings will be posted on a daily basis.
  6. Skip Tracing allows you to skip trace as many properties as you like,

Managing Your Subscriptions

  • View active subscriptions by navigating to the Leadstore section
  • Locate your current data subscriptions displayed in the list
  • Click the "Manage Subscription" button to access management options
  • Click the 3-dot icon under the edit column to reveal available actions:
    • Unsubscribe from specific data services (note: Mojo does not provide refunds for early cancellations)
    • Edit subscription settings
    • Extend subscription by selecting a longer term
    • Delete subscription settings

Regular management of your data subscriptions ensures you're only paying for the services that align with your current business needs.
