Mojo supports SMTP integration, allowing you to connect directly to your email domain for sending emails.
An SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) server is used to send outgoing emails. Most SMTP server names follow formats such as:
smtp.domain.com
mail.domain.com
For example, Hotmail uses smtp.live.com. However, naming conventions can vary, so it’s important to confirm the correct settings with your email provider.
You can locate your SMTP server details by:
Checking your email client settings
Reviewing your email provider’s documentation
Contacting your email provider’s support team
Below is a list of common providers and their typical limits.
Email providers enforce daily or hourly sending limits. Exceeding these limits may temporarily restrict your ability to send emails (typically for up to 24 hours).
Common provider limits:
Yahoo: 100 emails per hour
Hotmail: 100 emails per day
iCloud: 1,000 emails per day
Microsoft 365 / Outlook: 5,000 emails per day
If your provider is not listed, please refer to their official documentation for sending limits.
Some email providers no longer support traditional SMTP connections:
Gmail (@gmail.com):
Use the “Connect to Gmail” option under
Settings → Email
Microsoft 365 / Outlook:
Requires authentication via login. Select Microsoft 365/Outlook in
Settings → Email, and follow the prompted sign-in process.
