License Requirements
- Each agent who wants to use the dialer needs their own dialer license
- Multiple agents dialing simultaneously require multiple licenses (one per agent)
Common Error: "Your Subscription has 1 dialing subscription"
This error typically appears when you're trying to use a license that's already in use. This can happen when:
- Another agent on your account is currently using the available license
- You're attempting to dial from two different browser tabs with the same agent account
- You recently used the Mojo on the Go Dialer app and didn't completely log out
Troubleshooting Steps
- Check if anyone else on your account is currently using the dialer
- Close any duplicate browser tabs with Mojo open
- Ensure you're fully logged out of the Mojo on the Go Dialer app
