Troubleshooting Delays When Moving Between Folders in Mojo
If you're experiencing slowness or delays when navigating between lists, groups and pages in Mojo, there are several possible causes. This article will help you identify and resolve them quickly.
Common Causes:
1. Large quantities of data in groups or lists being loaded. Folders containing thousands of leads take longer to load, especially if there are notes, multiple group assignments or activity logs.
2. Mojo is cloud based. A slow or inconsistent connection will cause lag when loading lists and groups.
3. Browser Outdated. Make sure your browser is fully updated to the most current version. Mojo is constantly optimized for the latest browser configurations. Ideally, use Google Chrome ot access Mojo with minimal extensions or add-ons.
4. Cached Data. Not closing and reopening Mojo can create issues with aged cached data. Old or corrupted cache/cookies will cause slow load times.
