  • When you see the filtered data alert, click "To view filtered data or clear filters"
  • A grid will appear showing all applied filters and affected records
  • Click the red "X" for specific filters you want to clear if available

Special Cases That Require Different Actions

  1. When using EZ Calling Mode: "Call where I last left off"

    • Restart your session
    • Choose EZ Calling Mode: "Call from top to bottom" on the Call Wizard page
  2. When data is filtered by Zone Guard

    • Exit your dialer session
    • Navigate to Settings > Dialer Settings > Zone Guard
    • Turn Zone Guard off or adjust to an appropriate time frame
    • Important: Use caution when disabling Zone Guard as it protects you from calling outside your set limits
