Call Back Message Recording for Mojo Power Dialing
You can manage Call Back messages for Mojo Power Dialing through the Settings screen, accessed by clicking Settings or Account Menu then Settings in the bottom left of the screen. This is specifically for multi-line dialing, in the event that a live person answers right after another line was answered.
Call Back Messages
Creating Call Back messages for Power Dialing is optional but valuable when using multi-line dialing. Here's how they work:
- Plays when multi-line dialing connects to more than one live call
- When a live person on second line answers, they hear your recorded message
- After the message ends, the system disconnects that call
- The system automatically redials that contact when you finish with your first call
- Maximum message length: 10 seconds
Recording Your Call Back Message
- Click Settings on the left
- Navigate to Messages from the left menu, then select Call Back message
- Click the Add Call Back Message button
- Choose how you would like to record your message
You can record your message using two methods:
Recording via Web:
- Allow access to your computer's microphone
- Name your message
- Click the record button
Recording via Mobile:
- Scan the QR code displayed on screen with your mobile phone
- Allow access to your phone's microphone
- Name your message
- Click record
An effective Call Back message reassures contacts that you'll call them back immediately, helping maintain their interest during multi-line dialing sessions.
