Mojo Voice Overview

Mojo Voice is an optional add-on service that enables a seamless, built-in voice connection with the Mojo Dialer—no separate phone line or device is required.

Key Features:

  • Monthly Cost: $30 per month, per Mojo CRM user. You can subscribe to Mojo Voice by clicking Account on the top right of the screen and choosing Subscriptions on the left. Click Add and follow the prompts. 

  • Browser Compatibility: Works with Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge.

  • Transferable License: The subscription can be reassigned to another user within your account if needed.

Using Mojo Voice:

  • After subscribing, you can choose to enable or disable Mojo Voice before each dialing session by checking a box in the dialer setup screen.


  • When launching a dial session, your browser will prompt you to allow access to your microphone and headset. You must accept this permission to proceed.

  • Once access is granted, you'll be able to:

    • Select your preferred microphone and headset.

    • Test your audio connection to ensure everything is working properly.


Troubleshooting Tips:

  • If you're unable to hear audio or your contacts can't hear you, double-check your headset and microphone connections.

  • Confirm that your browser has microphone permissions enabled.

  • You can adjust your Mojo Voice settings at any time through the dialer interface. Reference the settings screen (image provided) for guidance.
