  1. What is Mojo Caller ID?

    Mojo Caller ID is a virtual number service that allows you to use an alternative caller ID when making calls while still receiving return calls on your phone. It costs $10 per month per number with a month-to-month subscription.

    Adding Mojo Caller ID

    1. Navigate to Settings from the top navigation bar. 
    2. Select Caller ID/Mojo Caller ID
    3. Click the Buy Mojo Caller ID button
    4. Agree to the terms and click Proceed to Checkout
    5. Select your state
    6. Choose an available Mojo Caller ID number from the dropdown
      • If your area code isn't available, click the link to submit a request
    7. Enter a phone label (for your internal reference only)
    8. Enter your routing number (where return calls will be directed)
    9. Set up your Caller ID Registration Name
      • This will display to 10-15% of your leads
      • Your company name is the default, but alternative formats are available
      • Revisions must meet one of the alternate format options
    10. Agree to the Reputation Guard Terms
    11. Click Proceed to Checkout
    12. Answer the automated verification call from a 603 area code to your routing number and press 1 on your phone's dial pad

    Your Mojo Caller ID will be automatically enrolled in Reputation Guard and ready to use after verification.
