Skip Tracer: Complete Your Contact Data

Skip Tracer is Mojo's powerful data enrichment service that fills in missing information in your contact records, including names, home phones, cell phones, email addresses, and property tax details from Mojo's data sources.

Purchasing Skip Tracer

  1. Access the service

    • Log in with a Mojo owner's account
    • Click the Leadstore button
    • Click the Subscribe button 

  2. Complete your purchase

    • Select your desired subscription length (number of months) 
    • Click the Buy Now button
    • Confirm your purchase on the dialog that appears

Using Skip Tracer

For Individual Contacts

  • Navigate to Data & Dialer
  • Double-click the contact you want to complete
  • Click the Skip Tracer button on the Contact Details screen
  • Choose whether to scrub against the Federal Do Not Call list
  • Available information will automatically populate in the contact record

For Batch Processing

  • Go to Data & Dialer
  • Select the list or group you want to process
  • Click the Skip Tracer button (located below the Power Dialer button)
  • Choose between:
    • One Time Lookup: Enter property address information, select DNC preferences, and click Lookup
    • Batch Lookup: System validates your data for incomplete addresses, then:
      • Review the number of properties eligible for Skip Tracing
      • Select additional skipping options
      • Choose DNC list preferences and whether to ignore previously searched records
      • Click Continue to process your list

Results

  • After processing completes, you'll see a summary of found information
  • Updated contacts will include a note describing what was found
  • Contacts with new information will have a Property tab containing tax details
  • Limit of 3000 Skip Traced Contacts can be Exported in a calendar month. 

This service helps ensure your database contains the most complete and accurate information possible for your prospecting efforts.
