How to make changes to your Pre-foreclosure lead service settings

Managing Pre-Foreclosure Data Settings in Mojo

Here's how to customize your Pre-foreclosure data settings:

  • Access settings:

    • Navigate to the Leadstore section in Mojo
    • Find Pre-foreclosure and click "Manage Subscription" to the right
    • Click the 3 dots next to your current settings
    • Select "Edit Setting"

  • Customize your preferences:

    • DNC scrubbing preferences
    • County selections
    • Specific zip codes to target
    • Cities you wish to cover

  • Data delivery and organization:

    • New data posts weekly (when available in your area)
    • Data appears directly in the Data and Dialer screen
    • Listings are organized in the Properties section under:
      • Preforeclosure list
      • Auction list
    • Property-specific details appear in a dedicated Property tab when viewing contacts
