How to make changes to your FSBO lead service settings

Managing FSBO Settings in Mojo

Here's how to update your For Sale By Owner (FSBO) settings:

  • Access your settings:

    • Navigate to the Leadstore section in Mojo
    • Find FSBO and click "Manage Subscription" to the right
    • Click the 3 dots next to your current settings
    • Select "Manage Setting"

  • Customize your preferences:

    • DNC scrubbing preferences
    • State and County selections
    • Property types of interest
    • Minimum price point
    • Specific cities and zip codes to target

  • Automatic data delivery:

    • New FSBO data will post daily (when available)
    • Data appears directly in the Data and Dialer screen
    • All listings are organized in the Properties section under FSBO list
    • Updates are based on your customized settings

These settings ensure you receive only the FSBO leads that match your specific market focus and target criteria.
