Using Optional Dialing filters for targeted calling in Mojo

Targeting Your Prospects with Mojo's Dialing Filters

Mojo's dialing filters help you focus your outreach efforts on the most promising leads. Rather than calling everyone in your database, you can strategically select who to contact based on priority, campaign needs, or previous interactions.

Getting Started with Dialing Filters

  1. Navigate to the  "Data and Dialer" screen and select your calling list

  2. Click Power Dialer

  3. Click Optional Dialing Filters
