Zone Guard: Managing Calling Hours

Zone Guard helps you make compliant calls by automatically filtering contacts based on their local time zone, using area codes to determine appropriate calling hours.

How Zone Guard Works

  • Before dialing, Mojo checks each contact's area code to determine their local time
  • Contacts outside your allowed calling hours are automatically filtered out
  • Your Dial List preview shows which contacts were filtered and why

Zone Guard Settings

  1. Navigate to Settings
  2. Select Dialer Settings on the left
  3. Zone Guard settings are at the top
  4. Default settings are 8:00 am to 8:00 pm
  5. Uncheck the box to turn off the Zone Guard
  6. You can also adjust your preferred time frame
