Caller ID Configuration

Before starting your first Mojo Power Dialing session, you need to set up at least one Caller ID. Here's how to add a Caller ID:

  1. Click on Settings on the Top Navigation Bar
  2. Click Caller ID/Mojo Caller ID
  3. Click the Add Caller ID button
  4. Configure your Caller ID based on your needs: For Caller IDs without an extension:
    • Enter your Caller phone number
    • Enter the Label (only you and your team see this)
    • Click the Verify button
    For Caller IDs with an extension:
    • Enter your Caller phone number
    • Enter the Label
    • Click the Add Extension button
    • Select the appropriate Delay time
    • Enter your Extension number
    • Click the Verify button
  5. Complete verification by answering the incoming verification call and following the voice prompts (for example, enter 1 on your phone's key pad)
  6. Share Caller ID's if you have a "User" or "Lite User" agent that needs access to use the Caller ID
    1. Locate the appropriate Caller ID
    2. Click the 3 dots to the right
    3. Select Share
    4. Choose the agent(s)
    5. Click Share

Your Caller ID will be ready to use with Mojo Power Dialer once verification is complete.
