If verification is unsuccessful, you can click Verify again to restart the process.

Reputation Guard Setup

Once your Caller ID has been successfully verified, you will be prompted to enable Mojo's complimentary Reputation Guard service.

Reputation Guard helps improve call connection rates and caller reputation in today's STIR/SHAKEN calling environment. We recommend enabling this feature for optimal dialing performance.

Sharing Caller IDs with Team Members

If you have User or Lite User agents who need access to a Caller ID, you can share it with them.

  1. Locate the Caller ID you wish to share.
  2. Click the three-dot menu next to the Caller ID.
  3. Select Share.
  4. Choose the agent(s) you want to grant access to.
  5. Click Share.
