Redial CID (Caller ID)

Redial CID (Caller ID)

Overview

Mojo now offers the ability to select a specific Caller ID to be used when redialing leads. This feature helps ensure consistency and clarity for callbacks, especially when using multi-line dialing.

Where to Find This Setting

You can configure your redial Caller ID within the Call Wizard:

  1. Open the Call Wizard
  2. Navigate to the Caller ID section
  3. Select the phone number you would like to use for redials

How It Works

The selected Caller ID will be used in the following scenarios:

  • Manual redials initiated through the Power Dialer controls during a dialing session
  • Callback situations when using multi-line dialing and more than one line connects at the same time

This ensures that callbacks and redials consistently display the chosen number.

Best Practices

  • It is recommended to select a different number from your standard dialing Caller IDs
  • This helps distinguish callback attempts from initial outreach
  • The selected number will appear after a callback message and during manual redials

If No Caller ID Is Selected

If you do not choose a specific Caller ID for redials, the system will default to your current Caller ID settings, including:

  • Static mode (single fixed number)
  • Rotation mode (cycling through multiple numbers)

Summary

This feature gives you greater control over how your number appears during redials and callbacks, improving organization and the overall dialing experience.
