Rotate Your Caller ID’s
We offer the
ability to rotate your caller IDs based on a specified number of calls made.
You can rotate after 50, 100,150, 200, or 250 calls.
Setting up your Caller ID Rotation:
- Click Settings on the Top Navigation Bar
- From Caller ID/Mojo Caller ID, go to Caller ID Rotation and click Choose Caller ID
- Check the boxes next to the caller IDs you would like to rotate.
- Choose how many calls each number can make before rotating. Select 50, 100,150,200 or 250 calls.
Starting a dial session and rotating your caller ID:
- From Data and Dialer, click the list or group you would like to dial
- Click Power Dialer
- Choose Caller ID Setting Rotate
- The Rotation settings you previously selected will appear in the text below
- Click Start Power Dialer/Start Click to Call
- Begin your Dial Session
- As you call, your caller IDs will rotate based on the preferences made in Settings--Caller ID/Mojo Caller ID -->Rotate Caller ID
- You will be able to see what caller ID is being displayed on the top left of the dialing bar.
Things to know:
- The order the Caller ID's will rotate is based on the least used first to the most used. You can review the total usage of each caller ID to the right of the Caller ID in the Caller ID Settings.
- User access will either need to add their own caller IDs or have caller IDs shared with them to utilize this feature.
- Lite User access will need to have caller IDs shared with them to utilize this feature. They will also be required to have a calling profile shared with them by either a Super User or Owner Access Level that sets their profile to Rotate in the Call Wizard
