Caller ID Usage Notification

Caller ID Notification

Get notified when your caller ID is used a set amount of times in 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days.


Setting up your Notification:

  1. Click on Settings on the Top Navigation Bar
  2. Click Caller ID/Mojo Caller ID
  3. Check the Box: Notify Me When a Caller ID has been used
  4. Enter the number of times in:
  5. Check off whether you want to be notified if the caller ID is used xx times in 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. For Example, 75 times in 24 hours
  6. Check the box if you would like to be notified via Email, and enter your preferred email.

Things to know:

  1. Only Owner and Super User Access can get the notifications
  2. Notifications come in 3 ways. Email, Notification Bell on the top right of the screen, and if the threshold for using the caller ID is met during a dialing session, there will be a pop-up and a pause of the dial session.
  3. Owner of the Account can choose not to get notifications on specific Mojo CRM Users by navigating to Account -->Agents -->Click on the agent and uncheck the box for caller ID usage notifications.
