How to manage call recordings in Mojo - Storage limits


Mojo's Call Recording feature automatically saves recordings for all calls that end with these results: Contact, DNC, and DNC Contact. After completing your dialing session, these recordings become available in your Call Recording Report for listening, downloading, and management.

Accessing Your Call Recordings

You can access your call recordings in two ways:

Through the Call Recording Report

  • Go to Reports in Mojo
  • Select Call Recording from the left navigation menu
  • Choose which agent(s) you want to view
  • Set your desired date range and click Apply

Through Individual Contact Records

  • Open the specific contact's record
  • Navigate to the History tab
  • View and manage call recordings directly from this section

Important Storage Information

⚠️ Call recordings are automatically deleted after 90 days. Download any important recordings to your computer before they expire.

Managing Storage Limits

  • Regularly review your call recordings to identify which ones you need to keep
  • Download important recordings promptly to avoid losing valuable information
  • Consider implementing a filing system on your computer to organize downloaded recordings
