How to Record and Manage Drop Voicemails in Mojo

Creating custom drop voicemails makes your outreach more personal and efficient. Here's how to set up and manage them:

Adding a New Drop Voicemail

  • Click the Settings icon in the bottom left corner
  • Navigate to Messages in the left sidebar
  • Select Drop Voicemail
  • Click Add Drop Voicemail
  • Choose your recording method:
    • Mobile Phone: Scan the QR code with your phone and follow the prompts
    • Web: Use your computer's microphone or a Bluetooth headset to record directly

Managing Your Voicemail Library

  • Access all your recordings from the Drop Voicemail section
  • Click the three dots (hamburger icon) next to any message to:
    • Play the recording
    • Re-record the message
    • Delete unwanted voicemails

Your custom drop voicemails will now be available when setting up campaigns or making calls.
